Multimedia Sand Filtration Systems

Aktech Filtration Systems are used for eliminating particles of various sizes not dissolving in water, as well as suspended solids. Aktech Automated Sand Filters keep particles of different sizes and density, which cause cloudiness sin water, at different layers of the media and remove them from water. Sediments and contamination accumulated in filter are automatically cleaned by backwash. At high flow rates; PLC, pneumatic and power-actuated systems are used alternatively.

Activated Carbon Filter Systems

Aktech Activated Carbon Filtration systems are used for treatment of melt gas, wastes and organic agents that cause undesired chlorine, odour, and taste in water. Aktech Automated Activated Carbon Filters use absorption feature of activated carbon to pull molecules and ions present in water towards the internal surface by way of mineral pores, thus ensures water is colourless, odourless and transparent free from organic agents. Activated Carbon filters backwash automatically without any human intervention. These filters are often automated with automation valves and PLC pneumatic systems can be used alternatively at high flow rates.
